Where we ship
We deliver anywhere in Australia. We don't currently ship overseas — international visitors are welcome to buy in our Coober Pedy showroom.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $15 per order, however many pieces you buy. Some items are marked “free shipping” on their product page; an order ships free when every item in it is marked that way. The shipping cost is shown in your bag before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are packed at our Coober Pedy showroom and shipped within 3–14 business days of payment, by Australia Post tracked parcel. Delivery time after that depends on where you are. We email you when your order is on its way.
One-of-a-kind pieces
Most of our opal jewellery is stocked one piece at a time. If two people buy the same piece at almost the same moment, the first completed payment gets it, and we refund the other order in full.
Returns and refunds
No change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully — we can't take back or swap a piece because you've changed your mind.
Damaged, faulty or not as described: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, replace or refund the item and pay the return postage. These rights come with the Australian Consumer Law and can't be excluded.
How to return: email [email protected] or call (08) 8672 5288 before sending anything back, and we'll give you the return address.
Refunds are made to the card you paid with, within 5 business days of the item reaching us.
Underground tour tickets have their own terms: online tickets are non-refundable and can't be changed (see the booking page).
