Tour bookings: your name, email, phone number, the number of guests, and where you're visiting from.
Enquiries: what you send us through our contact and group-tour forms, or by email and phone.
Website use: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived, collected with Google Analytics cookies.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, manage tour bookings, send order and booking confirmations, reply to enquiries, and, after a tour, send a short follow-up email. We use website statistics to improve the site. We don't sell your personal information, and we only send marketing email if you've asked for it.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Australia Post (delivery), Google (website analytics, and place suggestions on the booking form), and our website host and email provider. Each may only use the information to provide its service to us.
Where it's stored
Order and booking records are kept on our website server in Sydney, Australia. Some service providers, such as Stripe and Google, may store information overseas.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies, and our site keeps your shopping bag in your browser's storage between visits. You can block or clear these in your browser settings; the shop still works, but your bag won't be remembered.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
