Oval triplet opal pendant in sterling silver with a bezel setting and a twist detail above the stone. Stone size 9mm x 7mm. Each opal is hand-selected and unique.

This pendant features an oval triplet opal, measuring 9mm x 7mm, in a smooth, domed cabochon-style cut. A triplet is made from a thin slice of precious opal that is backed with a dark base and capped with a clear layer of quartz or glass. The cap protects the opal and can add depth and brightness to its play of colour. Triplets are known for flashes of spectral colour that shift as the stone moves in the light.

Every opal we use is hand-selected and unique. The colours, pattern and play of colour of the stone you receive will differ from the one shown in the photo, which shows the design of the pendant only.

The sterling silver setting is a simple, polished bezel. A smooth rim of metal wraps around the oval stone. At the top, a graceful twist of silver leads into a small loop and a bail, so the pendant hangs neatly from a chain. It is an easy piece to wear every day and suits both casual and dressier outfits.
