Oval triplet opal pendant with a 10mm x 8mm stone, bezel set in gold plated sterling silver. Each opal is hand-selected and unique, so colours and pattern will differ from the photo.

This pendant pairs a smooth oval triplet opal, 10mm x 8mm, with a simple, classic setting. A triplet is made from a thin slice of precious opal, backed with a dark layer and capped with a clear dome of quartz or glass. The cap protects the opal and gives it a glossy, polished surface, and triplets are known for bright flashes of spectral colour that move as the stone is tilted in the light.
