Oval triplet opal pendant, stone size 7mm x 5mm, bezel set in gold plated sterling silver with a crossover bail. Each opal is hand-selected, so yours will differ from the photo.

This pendant features an oval triplet opal with a stone size of 7mm x 5mm, held in a smooth bezel setting. A triplet is made from a thin slice of natural opal, backed with a base layer and capped with a dome of clear quartz or glass. The cap protects the opal and gives the stone a glossy, rounded surface. Triplets are known for lively flashes of colour that move as the light changes.

Every opal we set is hand-selected and unique. The colours and pattern of the stone you receive will differ from the one in the photo, which is shown to illustrate the design of the pendant.

The setting is gold plated sterling silver. A polished bezel wraps around the oval stone. Above it, a crossover ribbon-style bail adds a graceful, sculpted detail and lets the pendant hang neatly from a chain.
