These heart-shaped drop earrings each hold a small oval triplet opal, set within the open curve of a polished sterling silver heart. The stone sits low in the heart in a smooth bezel-style setting, and the open outline lets light move around it. Each heart hangs from a hook-style ear wire with a small ring joining the two.
