These drop earrings pair a 6mm round solid opal with a clean, open teardrop frame in sterling silver. The opal sits low in the teardrop, held in a smooth bezel setting, so the stone is the focal point and the polished metal outlines it.

Solid opal is cut from a single piece of natural opal, with no backing or cap added. It is known for its play of colour, where flashes of spectral colour shift and move as the stone catches the light. Every opal is hand-selected and unique, so the colours and pattern of your stones will differ from the opal shown in the photo.
