These drop earrings are set with a pair of 6mm round solid opals, each cut as a smooth, domed cabochon. Solid opal is natural opal cut from a single piece of stone, with no backing or cap added. It is known for its play of colour, where flashes of spectral colour move and shift as the stone is turned in the light.
