Pair of solid opal stud earrings with 7mm x 5mm pear-shaped stones in bezel settings, in gold plated sterling silver. Each opal is hand-selected and unique.

These stud earrings each hold a smooth, pear-shaped solid opal, measuring 7mm x 5mm, framed by a slim bezel of gold plated sterling silver. The rounded teardrop outline sits neatly against the ear, and the fine metal rim wraps the edge of each stone to protect it and draw the eye to the opal.

Solid opal is natural opal that is cut and polished from a single piece, with no backing or cap added. It is known for its play of colour, where flashes of the spectrum shift and move as the stone catches the light and you change the angle.

Every opal we set is hand-selected and unique, so the colours, pattern and brightness of the stones you receive will differ from those in the photo.
