This pendant pairs a smooth, domed oval opal with a clean, simple sterling silver bezel setting. The stone measures 8mm x 6mm, a neat size that sits comfortably at the throat and suits both everyday and dressier outfits.

The opal is a solid opal, meaning it is cut from a single piece of natural opal rather than being layered or backed. Solid opal is known for its play of colour, where flashes of the spectrum shift and move as the stone is turned in the light.
