This pendant pairs a smooth oval solid opal with a sleek sterling silver setting. A solid opal is a single piece of natural opal cut and polished right through, with no backing or cap. Solid opal is known for its play of colour, where flashes of spectral colour shift and move as the stone is turned in the light. The stone measures 8mm x 6mm.

Every opal we set in this style is hand-selected and unique, so the colours, pattern and brightness of the stone you receive will differ from the one in the photo. The photo shows the design of the piece only.

The oval stone is held in a smooth silver rim, with a curved sweep of metal wrapping around one side of the stone for a flowing, modern look. A tapered bail at the top allows the pendant to hang from a chain of your choice.
