Oval solid opal pendant, 6mm x 4mm, bezel set in gold plated sterling silver with a curved ribbon bail and curb chain. Each opal is hand-selected and unique.

This pendant pairs a small oval solid opal, 6mm x 4mm, with a graceful gold plated setting. Solid opal is natural opal cut from a single piece of rough, with no backing or cap, and it is known for the shifting flashes of spectral colour, called play of colour, that move across the stone as it catches the light.

Every opal we set is hand-selected and unique, so the colours, pattern and brightness of your stone will differ from the one shown in the photo. The photo is a guide to the design of the pendant only.

The oval stone sits in a smooth bezel, where a thin band of metal wraps fully around the edge to hold it securely. A second curved outline sweeps around one side of the bezel and flows up into a twisted ribbon-style bail, giving the pendant a soft, flowing shape. It hangs from a gold-toned curb chain.
