This pendant pairs a smooth oval opal, 8mm x 6mm, with a sculpted ribbon-style bail in gold plated sterling silver. The stone sits in a plain bezel, a thin metal rim that wraps around its edge and holds it securely. A polished band of metal crosses over the top of the setting in a graceful twist and leads up to the loop that carries the chain.
