This sterling silver pendant carries a cluster of three marquise-shaped solid opals, each one a slender, pointed oval, fanned out beneath a sweeping leaf-like piece of silverwork. The stones are held by claws at their tips, which keeps the settings light and lets the opals take centre stage. The stone size is 5mm x 3mm.

Solid opal is cut from a single piece of natural opal, with no backing or cap. It is known for its play of colour, where flashes of spectral colour shift and move as the stone is turned in the light. Every opal in this style is hand-selected and unique, so the colours, pattern and brightness of the stone you receive will differ from the one in the photo.

The silver design is made of layered, curving bands with openwork gaps, finished with a polished surface. A small round bail loop at the top allows the pendant to hang from a chain of your choice.
