These heart-shaped earrings pair a small oval solid opal with a graceful open heart in sterling silver. Each opal is set in a smooth bezel, with the heart's polished outline curving around the stone. Each stone measures 6mm x 4mm.

Solid opal is a single piece of natural opal, cut and polished from top to bottom with no backing or cap. Opal of this type is loved for its play of colour, the shifting flashes of spectral colour that move across the surface as the stone catches the light.
