These earrings pair an oval doublet opal with a sculptural, leaf-inspired setting. Each stone sits in a smooth bezel, measuring 6mm x 4mm, which holds it securely and frames its outline. The bezel sits within a freeform, organic shape with a softly curled tip, and the hammered, uneven surface of the metal catches the light around the stone.

A doublet opal is a thin slice of natural opal bonded to a dark backing, which supports the delicate layer and helps show off its play of colour.
